Overview
Optimized for automated and high-throughput phosphoproteomics workflows, this magnetic bead–based kit is based on metal oxide affinity chromatography (MOAC) materials incorporating titanium (IV) ions (Ti⁴+), enabling selective enrichment of phosphorylated peptides with high consistency.
It is well suited for large-cohort studies using cells, tissue lysates, and plasma/serum samples.
Workflow

Phosphopeptides are enriched using Ti-MOAC magnetic beads with automated magnetic module based binding-wash-elution.

Eluted phosphopeptides are analyzed by LC–MS/MS for deep and reproducible phosphoproteomics.
