Proteonano™  HT Assay

High-throughput plasma proteomics enables population-scale biomarker discovery, but its performance is often limited by the extreme dynamic range of plasma proteins and technical variability introduced across the workflow.

The Proteonano™ HT Assay addresses this challenge through Proteonano Assay Calibration & Standards (PACS), which embeds internal calibrators, pooled QC samples, and sample-level references directly into the assay to monitor and correct detection-, plate-, and sample-level variation while preserving true biological differences.
