The Proteonano™ technology employs nanobinder reagents, which are hierarchically structured nanoparticles functionalized with AI-designed, chemically optimized peptide ligands. These ligands are engineered to bind multiple protein epitopes with high affinity and specificity. 

 

This multivalent and multi-epitope binding capability enables selective enrichment of low-abundance plasma/serum proteins while relatively depleting high-abundance proteins. As a result, LC–MS/MS detection depth is significantly improved, enhancing the performance and robustness of untargeted proteomic analysis
