Overview
The Proteonano™ technology uses peptides and small molecules modified on the surface of magnetic nanoparticles (surface-modified, monodisperse magnetic nanoparticles ,S3MNPs) for plasma/serum protein capture. This allows selective capture of low abundant proteins, resulting in relative depletion of high abundant proteins. This improves LC-MS/MS detection depth, promoting the effectiveness of untargeted proteomic analysis.
